Job summary

• Two years of experience providing technical/administrative HR support.
• Proficient with PeopleSoft or similar HR information systems (e.g., hires, salary increases, separations).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis.
• Ability to handle confidential information and maintain accuracy in HR transactions.
• Experience providing prompt, courteous customer service.
• Ability to interpret and communicate bargaining provisions, agency policies, and procedures.
• Strong writing skills for letters, memos, and procedural documents.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR transactions.
