Job summary

The Colorado Department of Corrections is seeking a Technician III to join the System and Records Unit. You will manage personnel actions for hires, transfers, promotions, discipline, and terminations, while ensuring data accuracy across HR systems.

You will also perform quality control on multiple platforms (HRMES, CPPS, DCIS, WebX, and related tools) and streamline onboarding. The role emphasizes service, integrity, and efficient processes within a fast-paced government environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain personnel actions for new hires, promotions, disciplinary actions, transfers, and separations.
• Perform quality control across HR systems (HRMES, CPPS, DCIS, WebX, DCIS, Form I-9, Document Manager, HRDW) and resolve data issues.
• Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth, efficient experience for new employees.
