State of Colorado is seeking a Technician III in the Office of Human Resources in Colorado Springs. The role focuses on personnel actions, data integrity, onboarding support, and collaboration with multiple HR systems.

Ideal candidates have 3 years of technical or high-level clerical experience, strong computer skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced government environment. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for advancement and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Three (3) years of technical or high level clerical experience; college coursework may substitute on a year-for-year basis.

Responsabilités

• Process personnel actions for new hires, transfers, promotions, resignations and terminations.
• Research and track positions; enter actions in HRMES, CPPS, and DCIS.
• Ensure quality control of HR systems and data accuracy across modules.
• Support onboarding processes and verify information for stakeholders.
• Complete information in the Work Experience section of the application and ensure accuracy.
