State of North Carolina - OSHR Temporary Solutions is seeking an HR Technician II to support HR classifications, compensation actions, and position management in the Workday system. The role involves processing salary adjustments, creating new positions, and updating job descriptions under supervision.

Minimum qualifications include an Associate’s degree in HR or related field and at least 1 year of HR experience.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.
  • At least 1 year of HR experience; 2 years of progressive HR experience acceptable.
  • Experience with HR information systems (Workday) and salary actions is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Process classification and compensation actions in the HR information system.
  • Create new positions, supervisory changes, and position transfers.
  • Update job descriptions in Workday and prepare employee notification letters.
  • Participate in team projects and perform other duties as assigned.
