State of North Carolina - OSHR Temporary Solutions is seeking a Program Coordinator IV (S) in Raleigh to establish governance, bylaws, and operating procedures for public engagement and compliance. The role coordinates member appointments, onboarding, and ethics requirements, while building systems for scheduling, document management, and meeting logistics.

  • Bachelor’s degree from an appropriately accredited institution and three (3) years of experience in the program related to the area of assignment; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilidades

  • Establishing the Council’s foundational governance by developing bylaws, operating procedures, membership guidelines, workflow processes, and policies supporting transparency, accessibility, public engagement, and statutory compliance.
  • Coordinating member appointments and onboarding, including orientation, ethics requirements, and records management, and developing the administrative systems needed for scheduling, document management, communications, public-meeting compliance, reimbursements, and meeting logistics.
