Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience using an HRIS/ATS to maintain personnel and position data.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks independently.
• Interpersonal and customer service skills for employees and applicants.
• Ability to interpret and apply collective bargaining agreements or policy handbooks.

Responsibilities

• Process data in HRIS/ATS to maintain accurate records and transactions.
• Support staffing/vacancy-filling activities.
• Advise managers and employees on HR inquiries.
• Administer benefits and leave; assist with onboarding.
• Maintain HR records and generate electronic reports.
