Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruitment life cycle—work with hiring supervisors to create postings and screen applicants in Workday.
• Process personnel actions in HRIS and payroll systems; calculate salaries for hires and promotions.
• Assist with Workday onboarding and maintaining personnel files.
• Perform various administrative functions to process personnel actions.
• Provide policy and procedure guidance to managers, supervisors and employees.
