• Benefits open enrollment and retirement processing.
• Maintain accurate HR files (physical and digital).
• Generate and audit HR metrics and reports.
• Payroll inquiries handling and issue resolution.
• Coordinate quarterly job fairs and community hiring events.
• Process LOA requests with compliance documents.
