Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR Technology, HRIS, or HR transformation.
• 4+ years gathering requirements and delivering technology solutions in Agile.
• 3+ years with ServiceNow or similar case management platforms.
• 3+ years partnering with HR to identify needs, design solutions, and drive adoption.
• 2+ years leading cross-functional HR/IT initiatives.
• 2+ years leading UAT and defect management.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the HR technology experience strategy across personas and journeys.
• Lead discovery, requirements, process analysis, and solution design for strategic HR tech initiatives.
• Identify gaps and friction points and recommend tech solutions to improve adoption.
• Design integrated solutions using Workday, HRSD, mobile capabilities, AI, and automation.
• Develop future-state operating models, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
• Evaluate build vs buy options and vendor strategies.
• Lead vendor assessments, PoCs, and technology selections.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, HR stakeholders, and vendors to deliver scalable HR solutions.
• Develop adoption metrics, KPIs, and reporting to measure outcomes.
• Support change management, training, and adoption for major deployments.
• Create documentation and training materials; ensure system adoption enterprise-wide.
• Lead UAT and coordinate with stakeholders; ensure quality and deliverables.
