Job summary

Brooks Sports Inc in Seattle is seeking an HR technology professional to accelerate responsible AI and automation across Human Resources.

You will combine HR domain knowledge, practical technical fluency, project leadership, and change management to deliver secure, effective, and measurable solutions that improve HR teammate, employee and candidate experiences, reduce manual work, and enable HR teams to focus on higher-value priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in HR technology, people analytics, HR operations, or a related field, with automation/AI projects.
• Demonstrated success managing medium-complexity, cross-functional projects and driving work from planning through implementation.
• Experience supporting change management, training, communications, or adoption efforts for new tools, processes, or workflows.
• Working knowledge of at least two of: HR systems, SQL, APIs, automation platforms, prompt design, analytics tools, or Python.
• Working knowledge of core HR processes and strong interest in applying AI/automation to improve business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR leaders to identify AI/automation opportunities improving efficiency, quality, compliance, and user experience across HR.
• Translate HR workflows into practical automation and AI solutions that reduce manual work and support better decision-making.
• Partner with SMEs to design, test, and implement solutions involving HR systems, automation tools, APIs, analytics, and generative AI capabilities.
• Lead medium-complexity projects from discovery through launch, coordinating timelines, scope, stakeholders, vendors, and milestones.
• Drive adoption through change management, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and reinforcement plans.
• Collaborate with HR Analytics, IT, Legal, and Security to ensure data quality, privacy, equity, and compliance.
• Document processes and monitor performance to ensure sustainable utilization post-launch.
• Build AI fluency across HR by coaching partners on responsible use, prompting, and automation best practices.
• Measure impact via adoption, time savings, quality improvements, and employee/candidate experience, using insights to improve solutions.
