Job summary

Brooks Sports Inc seeks a Senior Technology Transformation Analyst, Accounting to drive AI and automation across global accounting using APIs, analytics, and automation tools. The role combines accounting expertise with technical fluency, project leadership, and change management to deliver secure, measurable improvements.

You will partner with Accounting leaders to design solutions, monitor adoption, and ensure data quality, privacy, and controls while scaling benefits across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting operations, systems, data analytics, or related field with automation/AI projects.
• Experience managing medium-complexity, cross-functional projects and driving from planning to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recommend AI/automation opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and controls across global Accounting functions.
• Translate workflows into practical automation and AI solutions to reduce manual work and improve data quality.
• Design, test, and implement solutions with Accounting SMEs using APIs, analytics, and automation tools.
• Lead change management activities to drive adoption and training.
