Job summary

Brooks Sports Inc. is seeking a Temporary Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions. You will partner with clients to understand hiring needs, craft recruiting strategies, and deliver a top-tier candidate experience in a data-driven, collaborative environment.

This six-month assignment emphasizes building relationships with internal stakeholders, leveraging social media and creative sourcing, and maintaining high hiring standards while promoting Brooks values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, HR or related field.
• 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience with difficult-to-fill roles across multiple business functions, including 2+ years corporate full-cycle recruiting.
• Demonstrated ability to partner internally with HR Partners, HR Operations, Finance and hiring teams.
• Proven ability to develop highly positive relationships with individuals and teams from diverse backgrounds.
• Advanced experience in ATS systems usage and reporting, plus MS Office and HRIS tools.

Responsibilities

• Full Lifecycle Recruiting - effectively recruit qualified candidates using new and creative recruiting methods, sources, advertising and events.
• Develop, implement and refine recruiting strategies across multiple corporate disciplines and levels to attract and hire top quality talent with a dedication to diverse hiring practices.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience that represents our values and culture, ensuring brand experience in every interaction.
• Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop a recruitment strategy to find the best talent for their team.
• Work with HR Partners and Recruiters to innovate our recruiting service model and standard methodologies; ensure hiring managers have outstanding support.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
• Build capability of hiring managers via behavioral and competency-based interview training and coaching support.
• Use talent market expertise and data to guide hiring managers on identifying and acquiring top talent.
• Partner with HR Operations on actions to address pay gaps.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep each search on target.
• Other responsibilities as required.
