Excelon Solutions is seeking a Business Systems Analyst for HR Technology & Automation to support HR apps, primarily Workday, and drive automation and AI-driven improvements. You will collaborate with HR teams, partners, and vendors to maintain HR systems, manage requests, and enhance efficiency through automation.

You will build automated workflows, handle integrations, and create dashboards while ensuring data privacy and compliance.

Formación

• 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst, with HR tech/HCM experience.
• Hands-on Workday with integrations, processes, reporting or security.
• Experience building apps/workflows with low-code platforms (Power Apps/Power Automate).
• Practical use of AI tools to improve business processes.
• Understanding of system integrations, file transfers (SFTP/PGP), and data mapping.
• Experience with Agile delivery tools, preferably Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with ITIL change management and SOX controls.
• Strong communication and problem-solving with HR stakeholders and vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Support HR applications, primarily Workday, and troubleshoot integrations.
• Coordinate file transfers, security certificates, vendor updates, and testing.
• Manage requests, requirements, user stories, and priorities using Azure DevOps.
• Coordinate changes, testing, release activities, and change-management docs.
• Build automated workflows and low-code apps with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Use AI tools to streamline support requests, docs, reporting, and monitoring.
• Create dashboards and reports to track system performance and backlogs.
• Maintain process documentation and comply with data privacy and security rules.
