Qualifications

• Experience using AI to improve processes.
• Familiarity with ITIL change management and SOX controls.

Responsibilities

• HR business systems analysis and support.
• Monitor and troubleshoot Workday integrations with vendors.
• Backlog management for HR Apps in Azure DevOps.
• Prepare change requests and coordinate validation with HRIS.
• Develop automation using Power Platform and AI tools.
