Qualifikationen

• 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst with HRIS/HR technology experience.
• Hands-on Workday experience including integrations, security, or reporting.
• Experience building automated workflows using low-code tools (Power Apps/Power Automate).
• Familiarity with AI tools to improve business processes and workflows.
• Understanding of data mapping, SFTP/PGP file transfers, and system integrations.
• Strong communication with HR stakeholders and external vendors.

Aufgaben

• Support HR applications (primarily Workday) and troubleshoot integrations.
• Coordinate file transfers, certificates, vendor updates, and testing.
• Manage requirements, user stories, and priorities in Azure DevOps.
• Plan system changes, testing, releases, and change-management docs.
• Build automated workflows using Power Platform tools; apply AI to requests.
• Create dashboards and reports; ensure data privacy and security compliance.
