Job summary

Richemont North America, Inc. is seeking an HR Technology Specialist to provide L2 support for Workday HCM and SAP HR, and to help improve HR systems across the Americas. You will work with HR, IT, and the global HRIS team to ensure accurate data, secure access, and smooth system integrations.

The role focuses on testing, documentation, training, and supporting new HR technology projects with a customer‑centric approach. A 2–5 year background in HR tech is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of HR Technology L2 support experience with Workday HCM and related systems.
• Broad understanding of end‑to‑end employee lifecycle processes and data governance.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical users and vice‑versa.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 operational support for HRIS systems (Workday HCM, SAP HR, Varicent, Cornerstone).
• Review open tickets, escalate when needed, and ensure data integrity and security.
• Participate in testing, training, and documentation for HR tech projects.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and global HRIS teams to improve user experience.
