Job summary

TruGreen is seeking a Senior HR Technology Solutions Analyst in Franklin, TN to act as a functional expert and solution architect for HR technology across the employee lifecycle. The role centers on Workday Benefits and broader HR tech, collaborating with HR, Payroll, IT, and external vendors to deliver scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate brings strong Workday Benefits experience, familiarity with Time Tracking/Absence/Payroll, and solid Agile/testing practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant 3+ years HRIS/HR Technology experience.
• Advanced Workday Benefits experience required; exposure to Time Tracking, Absence Management, or Payroll preferred.
• Experience in Agile delivery, testing, and creating functional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable HR technology solutions.
• Design, configure, test, and support HR technology platforms and business processes.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday Benefits and related HR tech solutions.
• Support and optimize Workday functionality across modules (Time Tracking, Absence, Payroll).
• Develop user stories, functional requirements, and process documentation.
