Job summary

Brunswick is seeking an experienced HR Solutions Architect to lead architecture, governance, and evolution of HR technology platforms, primarily Workday and UKG Dimensions, with enterprise integration design and security at the forefront.

You will partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Operations, and IT leaders to translate business objectives into scalable technology solutions, set roadmaps, manage governance, and guide vendors and teams across global projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, systems analysis, or related field with substantial IT project experience.
10+ years in IT implementation and delivery projects, with HR domain focus.
5+ years as an HR solutions architect on Workday/UKG/ADP and related ecosystems.
Strong security and integration knowledge across HR platforms.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain HR technology architecture strategy, roadmap, and governance across Workday, UKG, ADP, and related solutions.
Translate business objectives into scalable, secure HR technology solutions for HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Operations.
Lead evaluation and adoption of AI and emerging capabilities while ensuring security and compliance.
Guide project teams, vendors, and offshore resources through solution lifecycles and governance.
