• Own strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of core business and HR applications supporting TriNet's PEO services.
• Partner with HR, operations, finance, and technology stakeholders to translate business needs into application capabilities.
• Gather and prioritize requirements, manage product backlogs, and oversee configurations and enhancements.
• Lead application integrations, data flows, and governance to ensure accuracy, security, and compliance.
• Analyze usage and performance data to identify improvement opportunities and drive process optimization.
• Manage small to medium implementation and enhancement projects, coordinating with internal and external teams.
• Document business processes, application designs, and change impacts for cross-functional clarity.
• Champion user experience through training, enablement, and ongoing support strategies.
• Ensure alignment of application solutions with enterprise architecture, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Continuously evaluate new features and tools to support scalability, innovation, and client value.
