TriNet seeks a Senior Product Manager to research, design, and drive product solutions for TriNet clients and employees. You will develop product and go-to-market strategies, conduct market research, generate requirements, manage roadmaps, and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Strategy, Legal, Design, Engineering, and others to implement initiatives.

You will own features from concept to production, align with cross-functional partners, and drive continuous product discovery while delivering

Qualifications

• Requires experience in product management roles with cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience transforming business requirements into technical solutions that drive value.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
• Experience with SaaS/cloud-based solutions and GTM strategy.

Responsabilités

• Shape long-term product and business direction with leadership.
• Develop strategy and execute roadmaps with stakeholders across teams.
• Conduct market research and competitive data analysis to drive discovery.
• Own features from concept to launch with Design, Engineering and QA teams.
• Produce collateral for Marketing and Sales during releases and launches.
• Participate in all Agile ceremonies as a scrum team member.
