Qualifications

• Experience designing or advising on enterprise HR technology solutions.
• Experience leading complex technology implementations, major enhancements, or product initiatives.
• Ability to translate HR objectives into product strategies and roadmaps.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, integrations, data, reporting, and trends.
• Ability to analyze complex business challenges, communicate technical concepts clearly, and influence decisions across global teams.
• High School diploma or equivalent required, Bachelors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Absence Management and Employee Relations technology strategy.
• Lead discovery, requirements, and design for secure, scalable Absence Management and ER solutions.
• Oversee releases, testing, defects, and adoption based on business value and risk.
• Promote Responsible AI and automation with governance for sensitive HR data.
• Develop adoption plans, training, and continuous improvement for new capabilities.
