Job summary

MetLife is seeking an HR Digital Solutions Advisor to act as a strategic product lead for Absence Management and Employee Relations globally. You will shape technology strategy, translate complex requirements into scalable solutions, and drive adoption with governance and responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience designing and advising enterprise HR technology solutions.
• Experience leading complex technology implementations or product initiatives.
• Ability to translate HR objectives into actionable product roadmaps and solutions.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, data, reporting, integrations, privacy, and security.
• Ability to influence decisions across global, matrixed teams with clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a forward-looking technology strategy for Absence Management and Employee Relations case management.
• Lead discovery, documentation, and analysis of requirements across security, privacy, and compliance.
• Manage releases, testing, defects, and vendor escalations to drive adoption and value.
• Evaluate and enable Responsible AI, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities with governance.
• Develop change and adoption plans, and provide training, documentation, and support.
