Qualifications
- Experience leading enterprise HR technology programs and HCM initiatives.
- Ability to translate business priorities into a multi-year platform roadmap.
- Strong governance, release management, and production support experience.
- Proven vendor management and cross-functional program delivery.
Responsibilities
- Own strategy, roadmap, governance, reliability, and continuous improvement of the HR Technology ecosystem.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of HR tech initiatives from discovery to stabilization.
