Job summary

Ensign-Bickford Industries, Inc. is seeking a Manager, HR Technology to lead the digital transformation of our HR function.

You will modernize HR processes, strengthen our Workday ecosystem, expand employee self-service, and deliver data-driven insights to support better workforce decisions. You will partner with HR, IT, business leaders, vendors, and consultants to build scalable technology solutions across our global organization.

Qualifications

Experience designing, implementing, or supporting HR technology/HRIS.
Strong Workday expertise and ecosystem familiarity.
Leads digital transformation, automation, integrations, upgrades or redesign.
Able to translate HR data into actionable business insights.
Experience applying GenAI to HR processes and productivity.
Proven PM and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of HR data governance, privacy, security, and compliance.
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, business or related field; equivalent exp accepted.

Responsibilities

Own HR technology strategy, roadmap, and continuous improvement.
Optimize Workday modules across HCM, Talent, Performance, Recruiting, Compensation, Absence, Benefits, Security, reporting and integrations.
Automate core HR processes: hiring, onboarding, job changes, compensation, exits.
Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics on headcount, turnover and trends.
Identify opportunities to use AI, automation, integrations, and Power Platform tools.
Lead HR technology projects and coordinate with stakeholders and vendors.
Improve HR data governance, security, privacy, compliance, and audit readiness.
Support change management, training and adoption; establish visual process status tools.
