Job summary

Entegris, Inc. is seeking a Director of HR Technology & Digital AI Transformation to lead the HR Technology COE and partner with senior leaders to define strategy and drive AI-enabled HR excellence.

You will own Workday, payroll, analytics, and emerging AI initiatives, shaping global HR operations and governance. The role demands strategic thinking, stakeholder leadership, and a track record of large-scale HR technology transformations in a global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, business, MIS, or related field
• 12+ years in HR Technology, HRIS, HR Operations, Payroll, IT, or related enterprise environments
• 5+ years of people leadership experience in a matrixed global environment
• Ability to travel occasionally domestically and internationally
• Proven experience leading enterprise technology operations strategy, governance, and large-scale transformation initiatives
• Experience with global stakeholder collaboration across HR, IT, Finance and business functions

Responsibilities

• Shape Strategy & Influence at the enterprise level within HR Technology COE
• Advise senior HR and enterprise leaders on HR Operations and HRIS strategy
• Represent HR Technology perspectives in high-stakes discussions across geographies
• Define governance models for data integrity, compliance, and operational excellence
• Own resolution of enterprise-impacting issues across Workday and payroll systems
• Lead with data-driven insights to identify improvement opportunities
• Partner with cross-functional teams and vendors to scale capabilities globally
• Design and sustain best-in-class HR operations with clear standards and controls
• Set quality metrics, service benchmarks, and scalable processes
