Job summary

The Chicago Blackhawks are seeking a Manager of HR Systems & Workforce Analytics to lead our HR technology ecosystem, reporting, and data governance. You will own HRIS administration, dashboards, and analytics that drive strategic people decisions across the organization.

This role focuses on system improvements, automation, and leveraging AI to enhance HR operations, with an emphasis on accuracy, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration. Office-based at United Center in Chicago.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or I/O Psychology, Information Systems or related field
• 5+ years of progressive experience in HRIS administration, workforce analytics, or HR technology
• Hands-on experience with HRIS, ATS, LMS, and performance management tools
• Strong data analysis skills with Excel; experience with data visualization is a plus
• Understanding of HR data, compliance requirements, pay equity, and audits
• Attention to detail with high data accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple HR tech projects and drive continuous improvement
• Ability to translate technical information for non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in multi-entity environment preferred
• Willingness to work nights/weekends/holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead HR system administration and governance for ADP, Clear Company, and Traliant
• Configure, maintain, upgrade, test, and secure HR systems
• Collaborate with Finance, IT and vendors on integrations
• Develop executive dashboards and workforce scorecards
• Deliver automated reports and predictive analytics for staffing and labor costs
• Ensure data governance, accuracy, and regulatory compliance
• Support AI initiatives and automate repetitive HR tasks
• Provide guidance to non-technical stakeholders
