Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, People Operations, or a combined role.
• Demonstrated expertise in people analytics, including advanced workforce metrics, dashboarding, and synthesizing data into insights for senior leadership.
• Strong hands-on analytical capability with advanced Excel and HRIS usage with data governance.
• Experience with compensation programs and operational HR functions in a sophisticated organization.
• Proven ability to build partnerships with Finance, Technology, and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead People analytics by developing scalable reporting frameworks and translating workforce data into actionable insights for talent decisions.
• Design, build and maintain dashboards and metrics to illuminate workforce trends and engagement for leadership decisions.
• Develop an integrated data governance strategy ensuring accuracy and consistent reporting across systems.
• Oversee HRIS strategy, system optimization, process automation, and execution across People operations.
• Lead annual compensation planning, market benchmarking, and pay equity analysis with Finance collaboration.
• Act as a close partner to the Chief People Officer and other senior leaders to drive data-driven decisions.
