Job summary

Sims Limited is seeking a Global HRIS Senior Data Analyst to join our Global HRIS team in Chicago. You will maximize the value of HR technology by delivering advanced reporting, workforce analytics, and data-driven insights that support our HR strategy.

You will design and maintain enterprise HR reports, provide actionable analytics, and partner with HR and IT to continuously improve HR data quality and system performance.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with HRIS reporting and workforce analytics.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong SQL experience for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Experience developing dashboards using Power BI and Power Query.
• Experience with data modeling and analytical reporting.
• Experience supporting HR business applications.
• Understanding of core HR processes and workforce data.
• Experience translating business requirements into reporting and analytical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise HR reports, dashboards, and KPI frameworks.
• Deliver actionable workforce analytics and insights supporting decisions.
• Create standard and ad hoc reports to meet requirements.
• Identify trends and present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
• Monitor data quality, governance, and integrity across HR systems.
• Analyze HR data issues, troubleshoot reporting and integration problems.
• Partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to deliver reporting solutions.
