Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in human resources.
• SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP, SPHR, or PHR certification preferred.
• General knowledge of HR principles and employment law compliance.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Business Director and employees to support HR matters.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records in HRIS system.
