MBI Health Services is seeking an HR Generalist to manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance across the organization in Washington, DC. You will partner with managers to attract top talent, administer health and retirement programs, and ensure HR processes align with applicable laws.

The role emphasizes employee engagement, accurate recordkeeping, and coordination of audits.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 3+ years HR experience in recruitment and benefits.
• Experience with MS Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of labor laws.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, post, and manage job openings on platforms and internal channels.
• Screen resumes and coordinate hiring with managers.
• Facilitate reference checks, background screenings, and verifications.
• Extend offers and support onboarding to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Support benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
• Maintain records for benefits elections and compliance documents.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Prepare reports for audits and HR performance metrics.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, performance management, and employee engagement.
