Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 3+ years HR experience in recruitment and benefits.
• Experience with MS Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of labor laws.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, post, and manage job openings on platforms and internal channels.
• Screen resumes and coordinate hiring with managers.
• Facilitate reference checks, background screenings, and verifications.
• Extend offers and support onboarding to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Support benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
• Maintain records for benefits elections and compliance documents.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Prepare reports for audits and HR performance metrics.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, performance management, and employee engagement.
