CWILL, based in Cary, North Carolina, is seeking a recruiting/HR support candidate to join the team. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, record-keeping, benefits administration, compliance, performance management, and employee relations.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of HR/recruiting experience and knowledge of labor laws. The position offers standard benefits and a starting pay range of $50,000–$65,000, with potential for negotiation based on experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of proven recruiting or HR internship/work experience.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and hiring regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiar with an ATS (Workable, LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Suite, Notion and Slack is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Post job ads on job boards and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes and job applications.
• Assist with background and reference checks.
• Help prepare job offer letters.
• Support recruitment events, such as job fairs and career expos.
• Ensure preboarding processes go smoothly.
• Conduct new employee orientation sessions.
• Maintain accurate employee records and benefits documentation.
• Process payroll tasks and benefits reconciliations.
• Escalate complex compliance issues when needed.
• Support in managing performance and employee relations.
