Qualifications

• 1 year of proven recruiting or HR internship/work experience.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and hiring regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with ATS (Workable, LinkedIn Recruiter) and willingness to relocate to Cary, NC if not local.

Responsibilities

• Post job ads on job boards and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes and job applications.
• Assist with background and reference checks.
• Help prepare job offer letters.
• Support recruitment events such as job fairs and career expos.
• Manage preboarding, orientation, and new-hire paperwork.
• Schedule policy meetings and provide employee handbooks.
• Serve as the primary contact for new employee inquiries.
• Maintain employee records, including contracts, performance evaluations, and benefits documentation.
• Collect and organize employment and tax information.
• Assist with payroll processes and compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with Legal on Notices to Explain and document meeting minutes.
