Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent; HR Certification a plus.
• 5–7 years experience; Manufacturing or Service a plus.
• Strong experience in full-cycle recruiting and performance management.
• Experience in payroll processing with strong financial acumen.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across hourly, skilled, and professional roles.
• Forecast workforce needs with hiring managers and drive timely hiring.
• Develop recruiting strategies, pipelines, and employer branding efforts.
• Partner with leadership to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
• Support succession planning and internal mobility initiatives.
• Drive training and development programs aligned with business needs.
• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, records management, and policy administration.
• Support payroll processing in coordination with HR Coordinator.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain HRIS data integrity.
