Job summary

AGI – Ag Growth International seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the Marshall, IL facility’s HR functions. You will partner with the General Manager and leadership team to drive talent strategy, employee engagement, workforce planning, and compliance.

You will manage employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, compensation support, and HR operations while promoting an inclusive, safety‑driven culture aligned with AGI’s global standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
• HR Manager or senior HR Generalist experience.
• Experience leading employee relations, investigations, and performance management.
• Experience supporting manufacturing operations.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR/SPHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise and partner with leadership to develop and execute people strategies.
• Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and org development initiatives.
• Oversee employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and compensation support.
• Coordinate HR operations, payroll liaison, and HR data integrity.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
