Job summary

You will manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates for IT and other roles; coordinate onboarding, open communication with candidates and hiring managers, and maintain confidential records with discretion.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, recruiting, staffing, or administrative coordination.
• Experience recruiting for Information Technology positions.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, listening, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and assist with various administrative and HR responsibilities.
• Assist with day-to-day HR functions, including I-9 verification, new-hire paperwork, employee records, and insurance/benefits administration.
• Support the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates for open positions.
• Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, track recruitment activities, and provide timely follow-up throughout the hiring process.
• Assist employees and candidates with HR-related questions and provide timely follow-up.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and recruitment priorities.
