Socket.dev is looking for an HR internship that supports full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for hourly roles. You will partner with managers to plan staffing, maintain records, and assist with HR systems, employer branding, and workforce partnerships.

The role involves supporting internship programs, new hire orientation, and employee engagement initiatives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Ideal for students or recent grads pursuing a degree in HR or related fields.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing or a related field.
• Prior applicable work, internship, leadership, or volunteer experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting for hourly positions including posting, sourcing, screening and onboarding.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to support staffing strategy and decisions.
• Maintain recruiting records, prepare metrics and reports, and assist with HR systems.
• Support employer branding, job fairs and partnerships with schools and community pipelines.
• Assist with internship, apprenticeship and workforce development programs.
• Assist with new hire orientation, onboarding scheduling and documentation.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and events, training and development activities.
• Complete HR administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
