Qualifications

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience recruiting in a professional services environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offers.
• Partner with leaders to understand hiring needs and build recruitment strategies.
• Source passive candidates and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Oversee onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
• Coordinate Summer Associate programs and mentorship activities.
• Support recruitment metrics and reporting.
