Responsibilities

• Serve as a first point of contact for employee HR questions and requests.
• Prepare and maintain payroll.
• Maintain employee personnel files and HRIS records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Process employee status changes including hires, transfers, promotions, compensation updates, and separations.
• Prepare employment verification requests and other routine employee documentation.
• Support HR programs, employee communications, engagement activities, and events.
• Assist with audits, reporting, compliance requirements, and document retention.

Education

Associate's degree in Human Resources or related field
