The University of Alabama at Birmingham HRIS team is seeking an HR Systems and Operations Analyst II to ensure the reliability of our HR systems and to support enterprise-wide HR operations. You will design, test, and implement new HR solutions with a focus on reporting, analytics, and compliance reporting to agencies.
You will collaborate with HR professionals and central IT to develop BI dashboards, maintain the data warehouse, and provide ad-hoc and periodic reports.

The HR Systems and Operations Analyst II will maintain the integrity and reliability of UAB's human resource systems and to assist , advise and serve as a resource for other HR Systems and Operations Analysts on complex issues. This position will provide technical and analytical support of enterprise-wide HR operations, processes, integrations, and systems. Plan, design, test, and implement new HR solutions with a focus on reporting, analyzing, and supporting HR business operations. To serve as liaison between HR professionals/executives and central IT to provide ad-hoc and periodic reports, develop BI dashboards, develop and support state, federal and local compliance reports to agencies such as DOL, BLS, and others.
Salary commensurate with experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, Math or a related field and five (5) years of related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.
