Job summary

Inlighten Technologies is seeking an HR Systems & Talent Acquisition Specialist to build and optimize an integrated HR tech stack, focusing on data integrity, onboarding, and sourcing for engineering and technical positions. You will manage HRIS platforms and drive process automation across the employee lifecycle.

The role requires hands-on experience with ADP RUN/ADP Workforce Now, TriNet, and BambooHR, plus strong recruiting capabilities in technology domains.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR systems, talent acquisition, and HR operations.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS implementation, administration, or optimization; experience with ADP RUN/ ADP Workforce Now, TriNet and BambooHR is required.
• Experience improving HR workflows, managing employee data, and developing reports or dashboards.
• Experience coordinating recruitment and managing candidate pipelines; technical recruiting experience in technology, engineering, AI, or semiconductor industries is highly desirable.
• Excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Implement, optimize, and administer an integrated HR systems infrastructure.
• Coordinate recruitment from postings to offers, focusing on engineering and technical roles.
• Develop HR dashboards and reports covering headcount, turnover, and key metrics.
• Maintain data integrity, onboarding, offboarding, and benefit/ timekeeping processes.
• Collaborate with IT, payroll, and vendors to resolve system issues and improve functionality.
