Trinity Industries is seeking an HR Systems Specialist in Dallas to act as a hands-on HRIS analyst, driving system effectiveness, data accuracy, and user experience across our HR tech landscape. You will configure Core HR, Recruiting, Performance, and Compensation, and optimize ATS functionality while partnering with Talent Acquisition to enhance processes and candidate experience.

With 3–5 years of HR systems experience and strong Oracle HCM Cloud expertise, you will translate business needs

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience supporting HR systems across modules such as Core HR, Recruiting, Talent Management, and Compensation
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is required
• Experience with ATS implementations or migrations is strongly preferred
• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud strongly preferred (or similar HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
• Exposure to Oracle Recruiting Cloud is a plus
• Experience with reporting tools (e.g., OTBI, BI Publisher) and data management processes

Responsabilités

• Serve as a primary point of contact for HR systems, supporting configuration, functionality, and user experience across HR modules
• Configure and support Core HR, Recruiting, Performance, and Compensation modules
• Support and optimize ATS functionality and recruiting lifecycle workflows
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to enhance ATS processes and candidate experience
• Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions aligned with HR best practices
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support HR analytics and decision-making
• Support system enhancements and projects including requirements gathering, testing, and deployment
• Contribute to Oracle Recruiting Cloud implementation, including configuration and post-go-live support
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT to troubleshoot issues and integrations
• Perform data audits and system maintenance to ensure data integrity
• Create and maintain system documentation and SOPs
