Job summary

Inlighten Technologies is seeking an HR Systems & Talent Acquisition Specialist to design and optimize a scalable HR tech stack, drive data integrity, and lead recruiting for technical roles. The role reports to the Head of HR and collaborates with IT, payroll, and vendors from a growing technology environment.

You will implement HRIS configurations, build automated workflows, and develop dashboards to measure headcount, turnover, and recruitment metrics while ensuring a strong candidate

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR systems, talent acquisition, and HR operations.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS implementation, administration, or optimization; experience with ADP RUN/ ADP Workforce Now, TriNet and BambooHR is required
• Experience improving HR workflows, managing employee data, and developing reports or dashboards.
• Experience coordinating recruitment and managing candidate pipelines; technical recruiting experience in technology, engineering, AI, or semiconductor industries is highly desirable.
• Excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Head of HR to build, implement, and optimize HR systems infrastructure.
• Administer and enhance HR platforms (ADP RUN, BambooHR, TriNet).
• Support configuration, integrations, data migration, troubleshooting, and user training.
• Develop standardized onboarding, changes, performance, benefits, timekeeping, and offboarding workflows.
• Maintain accurate employee data, org structures, digital personnel files, and access controls.
• Coordinate with IT, vendors, payroll, and benefits to improve system functionality.
• Coordinate recruitment from posting to screening, interviews, offers, and pre-employment requirements.
• Build candidate pipelines using sourcing platforms and networks.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and report on metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline, progress).
• Establish efficient recruiting workflows and positive candidate experience.
• Develop HR dashboards and reports on headcount, turnover, and workforce metrics.
• Ensure data confidentiality, integrity, and access controls across HR systems.
• Coordinate onboarding, changes, transfers, and offboarding with proper documentation.
• Support benefits administration, open enrollment, PTO, leave tracking, and timekeeping.
• Support performance management, goal-setting, compensation reviews, surveys, and engagement.
