Job summary

Five Below is seeking an HR Systems Temp Coordinator in Harrisburg, PA to support day-to-day HR systems operations, primarily Workday and Time & Attendance, with a focus on handling a high volume of tickets and inquiries.

The role collaborates with HR, Payroll, IT and other teams, performs routine data updates, and helps maintain system documentation while handling confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in HR, HRIS, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Workforce Management, or a related role.
• Experience in a high-volume ticketing, shared services, or support environment.
• Strong customer service, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve escalated HR systems tickets, shared Workday inbox requests, and crew member/manager inquiries.
• Research and troubleshoot issues related to Workday and Time & Attendance (Legion).
• Complete routine system transactions and data updates accurately and in a timely manner.
• Monitor assigned requests, prioritize workload, document resolutions, and follow up as needed.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and other teams to resolve more complex system-related issues.
• Escalate complex or sensitive issues to senior HR Systems team members as appropriate.
