Job summary

UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas–Fort Worth is seeking a Sr. Systems Analyst focused on Oracle Cloud HCM. You will be the functional/technical SME for administration, configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of Oracle Cloud HCM, with emphasis on Performance Management, Compensation, and Redwood UX.

Collaboration with HR and IT teams is essential to translate business needs into effective solutions. Location is Hybrid; relocation to Dallas/Fort Worth is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Education Bachelor's Degree in business administration, computer science, or other related field.
• 5 years business systems and/or project experience with exposure to systems development, testing, installation, and training.
• Hands-on experience configuring, supporting, and troubleshooting Oracle Cloud HCM through the full lifecycle.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM security, approvals, data loads, updates, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Provide Oracle Cloud HCM configuration, optimization, and ongoing support.
• Lead Redwood-related configuration, page personalization, security, and adoption.
• Collaborate with HR and tech stakeholders to translate requirements into Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
• Plan releases, testing, cutover, and go-live activities across modules and integrations.
• Develop documentation, training materials, and end-user enablement.
