Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country is hiring an HR Generalist to support our HR team across designated locations. You will implement policies, develop training, maintain records, and ensure regulatory compliance while living our values of honesty and integrity.

In this role you will partner with management to address employee relations, administer benefit programs, and manage onboarding, performance reviews, and leave processes. Excellent communication and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum of one year of HR experience
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Partner with employees and management to implement policies and regulations with guidance from Director.
• Develop learning and development programs and initiatives.
• Lead New Hire Orientation and Manager Training.
• Maintain employee records ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Advise managers on employee relations and performance issues.
• Oversee Workers’ Compensation, OSHA compliance, and leaves of absence.
