Job summary

Czarnowski Display Service, Inc. is seeking an HRIS Manager to own Czarnowski Collective's HR systems and people data.

You will configure, administer, and enhance UKG and connected systems while shaping the strategy, roadmap, reporting, data integrity, and vendor relationships to scale our People Operations. As an individual contributor, you will drive system optimization, ensure privacy and data protection, and deliver analytics to HR and business leaders, with a path to grow into broader HRIS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of hands‑on HRIS experience with direct system administration and configuration (UKG/UltiPro preferred).
• Ownership of HRIS end‑to‑end, including data integrity, integrations, and enhancements.
• Strong reporting and analytics skills to convert data into actionable metrics.
• Knowledge of HR compliance and data‑privacy requirements (EEO, ACA, GDPR).
• Able to own the function as an individual contributor without a team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary administrator of the HRIS (UKG) and related configurations.
• Maintain accuracy and governance of core people data with audits and clean‑ups.
• Manage HRIS modules rollout, configuration, and testing.
• Troubleshoot issues, coordinate vendor updates and enhancements.
• Own integrations between HRIS and payroll, benefits, ATS, and time systems.
• Build and maintain standard and ad hoc reports and dashboards.
