Job summary

Penske is seeking an HR Systems & Integrations Lead to drive requirements gathering, documentation, and technical translation for HR system integrations. You will bridge business and technical teams, coordinating with HR owners, IT, vendors, and consultants to deliver on-time projects.

Responsibilities include scoping integration work, defining data flows, managing cutovers, and maintaining data governance. The role sits in WFSA and requires discretion due to sensitive data handling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS/IT/Systems or Software/Computer Engineering
• Master's degree preferred in CS/IT/HR Development or related field
• Equivalent work experience accepted in lieu of degree

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements workshops and alignment with HR, IT, and vendor reps
• Define data flows, interface specs, and integration touchpoints
• Oversee cutover planning with developers and HRIT
• Maintain RAID log and provide summaries to project leads
• Ensure data quality, governance, and documentation are maintained across systems
