Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. is seeking an HR Systems & Integrations Lead to coordinate requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder alignment across HR tech platforms.

The role focuses on bridging technical teams and business needs within the WFSA department, handling sensitive data with discretion. Responsibilities include documenting functional specs, leading integration projects, and ensuring data quality and governance across HRIS and related systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technology deployments (HR systems preferred) and integration/project management consulting.
• 3+ years of Technical Project Management experience with integration, application development, and infrastructure implementations.
• Master's degree preferred in CS/IT or HR-related field; equivalent experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements workshops and cross-functional reviews with HR, IT, and vendors.
• Create and maintain Functional Design Documents, BRDs, and Functional Specifications.
• Oversee integration projects: data flows, interfaces, cutover planning, RAID log, and timelines.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and enterprise data catalog documentation.
• Perform other related projects and tasks as assigned.
