Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CIS, MIS, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience supporting or delivering complex IT solutions.
• Experience configuring and supporting scheduling/time-keeping apps.
• Knowledge of how scheduling integrates with other platforms.
• Gathers business requirements and writes clear specifications.
• Strong analytical, testing, and documentation skills.
• Experience supporting production systems in live environments.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations and health of HR systems with focus on production scheduling.
• Configure and troubleshoot scheduling, time and attendance, and related functionality.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications with stakeholders.
• Analyze data and system behavior to identify issues and improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and contractors on enhancements.
• Plan, test, and stabilize system changes through full project lifecycle.
• Create test cases, execute tests, and support user acceptance.
• Document updates and supporting processes; communicate changes clearly.
