Job summary

TriCom Technical Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled HRIS Analyst to support workforce scheduling, time and attendance, and related HR technology for a global, shift-based workforce in Minneapolis.

You will configure plant scheduling, troubleshoot issues, translate business requirements into system solutions, and deliver enhancements through testing and stabilization. The role collaborates across HR, operations, payroll, IT, and vendors to improve scheduling processes, maintain system health,

Qualifications

• 3+ years delivering enterprise HRIS/workforce scheduling solutions.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating to functional specs and config.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support workforce scheduling functionality including shifts, rotations, labor rules, assignments, coverage and workflows.
• Troubleshoot scheduling config, production issues, and integrations across WFM systems.
• Translate business requirements into functional specs, configuration and integration needs.
• Deliver enhancements through discovery, planning, configuration, testing, and stabilization.
• Maintain documentation and communicate changes to stakeholders.
